All of our rooms, located on the 2nd floor, (with their own private baths and heated floors/towel bars) are equipped with brand new pillow top mattresses and wonderful linens to allow you the comfort of a great nights sleep after exploring our beautiful city.  The only room with a bath tub / shower combination is bedroom #2, the rest are all walk in showers with handhelds.  We do not enter your room during your stay (unless requested) and in an effort to help the environment, sheets and towels will only be changed for stays of one week or longer. All access into the house and your rooms are controlled with the latest technology found in larger Hotels. We also provide you with the following in each room:
  • 32" Flat Screen TV with remote (cable)
  • Internet Connectivity (through a dedicated T1 connection located in our home)
  • Cat 5 cables are provided in each room for hookup
  • Desk / Chair / Lamp
  • Air Conditioning
  • iPod / iPhone Alarm Clock / Radio (bring your own iPod / iPhone!)
  • Iron / Ironing Board (located in the basement)
  • Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouthwash
  • Plush bathrobes
  • Hairdryer
  • Ice Bucket / Glasses / Small refrigerator
  • Private Phone (free local calls)
  • Either a closet or racks to store your clothes
  • Luggage Racks
  • Ice Machine (located in the kitchen)

Room Rates

  • Single room rates are based upon single or double occupancy and range from $150 to $250 depending upon the room and the season. April through November is our high season
  • Weekends (Thursday / Friday or Friday / Saturday) require a two night minimum. Feel free to check with us a day or two in advance to see if any one night stay rooms are available for weekends
  • Whole house rentals (5 bedrooms) will run between $950 and $1,500 per night (minimum stay required, see Inn Policies for more information)
  • We must collect a 11.9% State Hotel Tax on top of the rates listed for our rooms
  • Rates include a hearty continental breakfast, ready whenever you are. Includes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt and fruit
  • Non-alcoholic beverages available 24 / 7
  • Garage parking is available for $20.00 per night and is located on the premises. We have 3, possibly 4 spaces. Please include your request with your reservation and we will fax or e-mail you confirmation.
