Inn Policies
  • Children over the age of 12 are welcome
  • Whole house rentals require a minimum of 3 nights.
  • No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the back patio only. No pipe or cigar smoking allowed anywhere on the premises
  • No pets, sorry. We do have two cats, however, they ARE NOT allowed in the guest rooms or allowed to roam the house. They reside with us on the 3rd floor away from all common areas for our guests.
  • Parking is available for an additional charge of $20.00 per night which is your own individual garage space with remote. Off street parking is very limited
  • As the majority of our art work is original, it is all copyrighted. Feel free to take pictures, but no unauthorized use is allowed without the owners consent.
Other Amenities
Our main floor areas listed below are entirely at your disposal:
  • A 19 x 20 foot dining room suitable for a dinner party for 12
  • A 20 x 30 foot living room complete with fireplace and game table
  • A 20 x 13 foot sunroom with the original canvas artwork covered walls and ceiling
  • Front Porch to sit and watch the world go by
  • Back yard patio for some quiet time
  • On the 2nd floor landing we have an internet only PC available for public use to plan your next outing
  • In our Library / Office area we will have books, brochures, and a fax machine available (fax's sent / received at a nominal charge)
  • Ice Machine at your disposal in the kitchen.
  • Numerous restaurants of various ethnicities that will deliver should you wish to "stay at home" for the evening and eat on the front porch, back deck or in the dining room
  • Numerous board games / cards and a shuffleboard table await you in our basement media room.
