Check In & Check Out
  • Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 6:00pm.  Please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival if these times don't work so we can make some alternative plans as we are unable to process late check ins much past 8:00 PM.
  • Check out ends at 11:00am
Reservations
  • Requires advance notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of confirmation number via e-mail.
  • Single night bookings (if available) are welcome.  Contact us at  info@catscradlechicago.com for single night availability if our reservation system will not allow you to do so.
  • Whole house bookings require a three night minimum and you must occupy or rent all five (5) bedrooms.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations without at least two weeks notice will result in a charge of one night's room rate, plus tax (11.9%). Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs)
  • Cancellations for whole house rentals will be billed the full amount if not notified eight (8) weeks prior to arrival
  • No shows will be billed the full amount of their stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your stay will be considered a no show.
  • Lost key cards will be billed at $20.00 per item.
  • Lost garage door openers will be billed at $40.00 per item
